Kathleen Stillman is a partner at Stillman Smith Gadow, with her practice focused solely on family law matters. Ms. Stillman has been a Certified Specialist in Family Law since 2021 and a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML) since 2024. She brings to her practice thirteen years of teaching experience, advocating for children, and working with families. Ms. Stillman has received recognition for community service in the area of legal services and regularly serves as a court-appointed advisor to the court in family law cases.
Ms. Stillman received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary and Special Education in 1995 from Arizona State University where she attended on an athletic scholarship for volleyball. She obtained her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Wyoming, graduating Order of the Barrister, in 2001. She was admitted to the Wyoming Bar and practiced law there for four years before moving back to Arizona. Ms. Stillman was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2013 and was a sole practitioner prior to joining the legal team of Stillman Smith Gadow. She serves on the Maricopa County Bar Association Family Law Board, having just completed service as the Chair of the section.
